Warranty Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at YIDEZU, we provide engine components that meet the highest automotive replacement standards. We offer a 3-year tiered warranty to the original purchaser to ensure your engine project's long-term reliability

Tiered Warranty Terms

Phase 1: 0–90 Days
Within the first 90 days from the date of purchase, if a product is verified to have defects in workmanship or materials, we will provide a free replacement.

Note: Verification by our technical team or a diagnostic report from a certified mechanic is required.

Phase 2: 90 Days–3 Years 
From 91 days up to 3 years after purchase, if the part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we provide a Cost-Price Replacement Service. We will provide the replacement part at our production/wholesale cost to help you complete your repair with minimum expense.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty covers the product under normal use and service. It does not cover the following circumstances:

• Labor & Incidental Costs: This warranty covers only the product itself. We are not responsible for labor costs (installation or removal), towing, vehicle rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental or consequential charges.
• Improper Use: Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or neglect.
• Incorrect Installation: Any product that was improperly installed, modified, or altered from its original design.
• Racing & Competition: Products used for racing, competition, or off-road performance purposes.
• External Forces: Damage caused by environmental factors or "Acts of God" (e.g., floods, fire, earthquakes, lightning).
• Expired Warranty: Products that have exceeded the 3-year expiration date.
