To maintain delivery efficiency, we have the following regional restrictions:
Eligible Regions: We deliver to the contiguous United States.
Excluded Regions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, or the Marshall Islands.
Address Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes, Mailboxes, US Protectorates, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may be subject to cancellation or significant delays.
Delivery Window: Under normal circumstances, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.
Tracking Your Order: Tracking information is usually available within 24 to 48 hours after the package has left our facility. If your tracking number does not show immediate updates, please check again after 48 hours.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.
Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged part, please contact us immediately. This allows us to resolve the issue and prevents you from being charged freight for the return/replacement process.
Time Limit: We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or incorrect parts reported after 90 business days, regardless of fault.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. Such incidents must be reported to and handled through the shipping carrier.
All purchases are made under FCA (Free Carrier) terms. This means the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you once we deliver the package to the shipping carrier.
Carrier Liability: While we cover initial shipping costs, the carrier assumes the risk of damage or loss during transit.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: As the importer, you are responsible for all international customs clearance, including any applicable import duties, taxes, or local brokerage fees required by your country’s regulations.
Non-Receipt Claims: If your shipment has not arrived within 2 full days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. To remain eligible for a claim investigation, reports must be filed within 30 days of the original shipment date.
