Thank you for choosing YIDEZU AUTO. Our mission is to deliver exceptional quality products and outstanding customer service. We recognize that returns or refunds may occasionally be necessary. To ensure you receive the precise components for your engine repair, we offer a 90-Day Return Policy paired with our professional Fitment Verification Service.

Fitment Guarantee & VIN Verification (Recommended)

Engine components are highly specific to vehicle build dates and configurations. To prevent the inconvenience of receiving incompatible parts we strongly recommend providing your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the Order Notes during checkout.  Our technical team will manually verify the compatibility of your ordered parts against your VIN. You may also email your VIN and Order ID to info@yidezuauto.com. immediately after placing your order.

90-Day Return Policy

You may initiate a return within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: Parts must be in brand-new, uninstalled, and unassembled condition. We cannot accept returns for parts that show signs of installation (e.g., bolt marks, oil residue).

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, including all gaskets, seals, and technical documentation.

Non-Returnable Items: Special order items or parts damaged due to improper installation are not eligible for return.

To start a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an contact us at info@yidezuauto.com , explaining the reason for the return. 

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
